Application Field:

This buckle is designed for use with hard-shell luggage. Once installed, the magnetic buckle sits nearly flush with the surface of the luggage, enabling a seamless closure between compartments or between the luggage and an attached bag. Model E06D is ideal for installation on smaller cases.

It features a push-button mechanism that unlocks and opens when the button is pressed upward (applicable to paired male and female buckle ). The female component is embedded and securely fixed into the luggage surface, remaining flush with it, while the male component is attached to the bag using screws.

Model E06F does not include a locking mechanism and features a slightly curved base. It is intended for use in conjunction with model E06D to ensure smooth engagement and disengagement.

Assembly steps:
1. Insert the female buckle into the recessed position of the box.
2. Use the cover plate and the female buckle to hold the box in place.
3. Secure the female buckle with screws.
4. Insert the male buckle into the screw hole of the small bag.
5. Use the cover plate and the male buckle to hold the small bag in place.
6. Secure the male buckle with screws.
7. Assembly complete.

The E06D series magnetic buckle can also be made in an electroplated style according to the style of the box.
