Quick Release System for Ballistic Vests

 

We have created an innovative design based on the ballistic vest with magnetic fasteners, this design is called the Quick Release System.

The system features quick lock and quick release, and can be easily operated in low-vision environments or in water.

 

The quick release system is especially suitable for ballistic vests. This system is controlled by a central controller to control 4 magnetic buckles. This central controller can instantly release the 4 buckles, including 2 shoulder buckles and 2 waist buckles.

 

 

This central controller has 3 operating functions as follows:

1: Press the middle position of the button - unlock 4 buckles at the same time, including 2 shoulder buckles and 2 waist buckles.

2: Press the right side of the button - unlock 2 buckles at the same time, including the right shoulder buckle and the right waist buckle.

3: Press the left side of the button - unlock 2 buckles at the same time, including the left shoulder buckle and the left waist buckle.

 

This design also takes into account that emergency escape requires 4 buckles to be released at the same time,

 

And the release of the 2 buckles that are usually used.

 

We presented this quick release system to various brands at EUROSATOR 2022, and we are pleased to know that many brands are impressed with the system. This gives us a greater sense of honor and we will continue to research and develop magnetic fasteners and systems better suited for soldiers.
